We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content that enhances brand visibility and helps us connect with our audience across social platforms. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content that enhances brand visibility and helps us connect with our audience across social platforms. Content Planning & Creation Ideate and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms Write captions, conceptualize visuals, and collaborate with photographers/designers Maintain consistent brand voice, style, and storytelling Social Media Management Handle daily posting, scheduling, and page maintenance Respond to messages, comments, and engage with followers Track trending formats and apply them in content creation Brand Growth & Visibility Implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth Use effective hashtags, reels trends, and platform tools Improve content performance through creative ideas and analytics Campaigns & Analytics Plan and manage social media campaigns and collaborations Monitor insights (reach, impressions, engagement, profile growth) Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Team Collaboration Work with marketing, admin, photography & content teams Assist in planning shoots and coordinating content calendars Ensure timely execution of deliverables Stay Updated Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and creative formats Experiment with new content styles (Reels, Shorts, B-rolls, POV videos, etc.) What We Expect Positive attitude & energetic approach Responsibility & ownership of tasks Good design sense + writing skills Freshers or candidates with <2 years experience are welcome Creative thinking, communication skills & basic editing knowledge are a plus Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: From ₹17,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Digital marketing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 27/11/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/12/2025
