The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced in developing impactful social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand visibility, and qualified leads. Candidates with prior real estate experience will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube . Create compelling content and oversee user-generated content initiatives to drive brand interaction. Plan, optimize, and monitor social media ad campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to continuously improve ROI and campaign efficiency. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and social media marketing. Required Competencies Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing/digital marketing. Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and modern analytics tools . Excellent creative thinking, communication skills, and content-writing abilities. Prior experience working in the real estate industry will be considered an added advantage.
