Social Media Sales Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and possess Any Graduation. You should demonstrate strong skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, CRM, analytics, and marketing. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding promptly to Instagram inquiries and assisting customers throughout the purchasing process. Your duties will include providing customers with comprehensive product information, such as pricing and customization options. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain an Excel sheet to monitor inquiries, leads, sales, and follow-ups. Coordinating and arranging video calls for customer consultations will also be part of your role. You should be able to share valuable customer insights and ensure that all communications align with the brand's tone and values.
