Contracted Hours: 40 hours/week (Rotational shifts, 5 days a week with 1 rotational week off)
Annual CTC: Up to INR 28,000
Reporting to: Prabhakaran M

Job Summary:

Tooth Club is looking for a proactive and results-driven Social Media Representative to join our digital team in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for someone with foundational digital marketing knowledge and excellent communication skills, ready to make a direct impact in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads from various online platforms into free consultation patient bookings.
• Support and execute Google Ads, Email Marketing, SMS campaigns, and SEO strategies.
• Generate performance reports, conduct market research, and provide actionable insights.
• Handle real-time chats and digital inquiries to assist prospective patients effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (in any field)
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing principles
• Experience in chat handling or online customer engagement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and reporting abilities
• Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI is a bonus
