Tender Management

• Identifying and monitoring government/corporate tenders related to social media operations, digital marketing, and campaign management.
• Preparing and submitting technical & financial proposals as per tender requirements.
• Coordinating with departments/clients for clarification, compliance, and documentation.
• Maintaining records of tender applications, submissions, and status updates.

Operations Execution

• Managing end-to-end social media campaigns as per project/tender scope.
• Content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensuring deliverables are aligned with client expectations and contract terms.
• Coordinating with creative, technical, and client servicing teams.

• Bill & Payment Execution
• Preparing invoices and supporting documents as per tender/project norms.
• Submitting bills to the concerned department for clearance.
• Following up on payment status with finance/client departments.
• Maintaining proper MIS of billing, payments received, and outstanding dues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
