The ideal candidate should:

Have
1+ years of experience
managing Facebook Ads campaigns, particularly
lead generation ads
.
Be skilled in
Facebook Pixel setup, tracking, and troubleshooting
.
Understand audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Have experience working with ad creatives and copy to improve campaign effectiveness.
Be comfortable working with
Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
.
Have a data-driven approach to ad performance and be able to provide insights for improvement.
