Job Description

Hiring ONLY for 6 months ofCONTRACTfor Chandivali - Mumbai

5 days working - Sat Sun off

UK Shift timings - 1 PM to 10 PM/ 2 PM to 11 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the India and Australia market.
  • Create and implement content plans that align with Foundevers brand voice and objectives.

2. Content Creation and Management:

  • Act as the subject matter expert in managing and optimizing content creation across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Create and source high-quality, platform-tailored, and engaging digital content across various formats (video, image, live streams, etc.) with a focus on attracting potential candidates and encouraging existing employees to engage with the Foundever brand.
  • Build a monthly content calendar across channels to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery.

3. Page Growth and Engagement:

  • Drive growth in followers and engagement through innovative content, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Use engagement data and analytics to optimize ROI and adjust strategies for performance improvement.
  • Launch paid media ads to support recruitment drives and awareness campaigns

4. Community Management:

  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and interactive community atmosphere, addressing feedback and resolving issues.

5. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote events, initiatives, and job openings.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. Trend Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital content trends, policy updates, and social media metrics to ensure campaigns and digital content are optimized.
  • Build weekly/biweekly/monthly recruitment and social media data reports to communicate results, insights, and overall performance.

7. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Build and manage a network of internal contributors (engagement officers, marketing, operations, etc.) to collect and share content across our locations.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, PR, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or influencers when necessary.
