As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, enhancing overseas online sales, and creating engaging content across various digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: E-commerce Management: You will handle and update Shopify product listings, prices, and inventory to ensure a smooth online shopping experience for customers. Social Media Management: Your role will involve creating, scheduling, and managing posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to drive engagement and increase sales. Content Creation: You will be tasked with designing high-quality visuals and creatives using Canva to attract and retain online audiences. Marketing & Sales Support: Your expertise will be crucial in developing social media strategies aimed at boosting online sales, particularly in overseas markets. Campaign Execution: You will plan and execute promotions, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups to expand our online reach and drive conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for improved reach and conversion rates will be part of your regular tasks. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in social media marketing or e-commerce. Proficiency in Shopify for product listing, updates, and inventory management is essential. Strong creative skills with Canva, knowledge of content creation, social media trends, and engagement strategies are also required. Experience in running targeted campaigns for overseas markets will be considered a plus. Good communication and writing skills are crucial for effective collaboration with the team.
