We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer who can bring stories to life through compelling animations and visual effects. From kinetic typography to brand videos, social content, and UI animations, you’ll be translating ideas into visually engaging motion pieces that captivate, inform, and delight. This is a role for someone who’s fluent in design and movement, obsessed with detail, and comfortable collaborating with copywriters, designers, strategists, and video editors. Responsibilities Create motion graphics and animations for social media, brand films, websites, product demos, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard, conceptualise, and execute animations that align with brand voice and campaign objectives. Design and animate both 2D and simple 3D elements. Adapt existing brand assets and static designs into motion-based outputs. Ensure final animations are optimised for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web, etc.). Stay updated on animation trends, tools, and techniques to keep our visual content fresh and competitive. Experience with sound design to create cohesive multimedia content. Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation. Strong proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar is a bonus). Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and pacing in motion. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion work, from branding to social campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. A collaborative spirit and the ability to give and receive feedback constructively. Bonus Points Experience with UI/UX animation or micro-interactions. Knowledge of video editing or sound design. Familiarity with generative tools like Runway or AI-assisted motion tools. Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments.
