Designation: Senior Social Media Manager

• Lead

  social media strategy, planning, and execution

  for a portfolio of high-ticket clients
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for senior client stakeholders
• Build long-term client relationships through strategic thinking and consistent delivery
• Define brand voice, content direction, and platform strategy for each client
• Oversee monthly content calendars, campaigns, launches, and special projects
• Guide and review creation of

  reels, films, static creatives, carousels, stories, and captions

• Collaborate with creative, video, influencer, and performance teams for integrated campaigns
• Ensure high standards of

  visual quality, storytelling, and brand alignment

• Monitor performance metrics and present

  insight-driven reports and strategic recommendations

• Identify opportunities for

  upselling, new formats, and campaign innovations

• Oversee paid promotions strategy in coordination with performance marketing teams
• Mentor and manage junior social media managers and executives
• Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments, and algorithm updates

Skills & Experience

• 58 years of hands-on social media experience, preferably with

  premium / luxury / high-budget brands

• Proven experience managing

  multiple clients simultaneously

• Strong understanding of

  Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms

• Strategic mindset with strong creative judgment
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage teams, timelines, and expectations
• Working knowledge of analytics, reporting, and paid media fundamentals
