Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:🔹 Lead Generation: Create and manage lead generation campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Develop strategies to attract and nurture leads through digital channels. Maintain and update lead databases regularly. Coordinate with sales teams to hand over qualified leads. 🔹 Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories). Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build brand awareness. Track insights and performance reports for continuous improvement. 🔹 Initial-Level Calling: Call new leads for basic qualification (needs, interest, timeline). Explain products/services to potential clients. Maintain call records and follow-up status. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred). Ability to multitask and work independently. Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation is a plus.
