About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Manager, with 2+ years experience who can -

• think strategically,
• plan creatively, and
• execute with precision

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies across all social media platforms
• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify creative opportunities
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals
• Strategizing the messaging/copy for creatives and scripts for reels.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and reach
• Stay updated on social platform updates, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong analytical and observational skills
• Ability to turn insights and trends into actionable ideas
• Excellent communication and content planning abilities
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand tone
