🎯 Responsibilities

Instagram (Daily)

• Post football goals and moments as

  daily Reels

  (content & format provided)
• Publish

  3 creative marketing reels per week

  based on campaign themes

YouTube Shorts (Daily)

• Upload pre-formatted

  football Shorts

  featuring top goals and plays

Growth & Engagement

• Write compelling captions and calls to action
• Spot trends and suggest football meme-style content
• Track engagement and test posting strategies to improve reach

🧠 Qualifications

• Strong passion for football (playing or watching)
• Solid grasp of Instagram and YouTube features and trends
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in execution
• Good written communication (especially short-form, punchy text)
• Bonus: Sense of humor, familiarity with meme culture, or football fan pages
• No editing required — but creativity is highly encouraged
