Role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role combines content creation, operations management, and ad production support, making it perfect for someone who loves being involved in multiple aspects of a creative agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation

• Create engaging content for Smashed&aposs social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Appear on camera for agency-related videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
• Write compelling captions and develop content ideas that showcase our agency culture
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and implement them creatively

Video Production Support

• Assist the production team during video shoots and content creation
• Help with on-set coordination and basic production tasks
• Support talent coordination and shoot logistics when needed
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions

Content Management & Operations

• Assist with creator contracts and invoice processing
• Review incoming content for quality control and technical issues
• Maintain records of creator agreements and payment status
• Communicate effectively with team members and external creators
• Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content
• Strong social media understanding with content creation experience
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of video file formats and content management
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred)
• Creative mindset with ability to work independently
