Role Description

This is a full-time Client Service Manager/Account Manager role located in Jaipur. As a Client Service Manager/Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their expectations are met. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns, managing budgets, and ensuring key performance metrics are met for clients. You will be expected to work both individually and as part of a team, and will report directly to the Account Director.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience with project management, managing budgets, and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environments
  • Understanding of Digital Landscape: SEM- Google AdWords, SEO, Google Analytics, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing
