Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your main goal is to build brand awareness, grow our online community, and drive meaningful engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
• Design engaging graphics, reels, and creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post descriptions to drive engagement
• Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and monitor performance
• Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Respond to comments, messages, and DMs to build community engagement
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, or video editors (if needed)
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content ideas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing brand social media accounts
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and trends
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of running Facebook and Instagram ads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of creativity and storytelling

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Influencer collaboration and UGC (User Generated Content) strategy experience
• Video editing skills for reels/shorts (using CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and organic growth strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
