Job Overview: As a Social Media Marketing Executive , you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your main goal is to build brand awareness, grow our online community, and drive meaningful engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more Design engaging graphics, reels, and creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post descriptions to drive engagement Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and monitor performance Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Respond to comments, messages, and DMs to build community engagement Collaborate with designers, photographers, or video editors (if needed) Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content ideas Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1–3 years of proven experience in managing brand social media accounts Strong knowledge of social media tools, scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and trends Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools Basic knowledge of running Facebook and Instagram ads Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of creativity and storytelling Preferred Skills: Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands Influencer collaboration and UGC (User Generated Content) strategy experience Video editing skills for reels/shorts (using CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro) Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and organic growth strategies Why Join Us? Amazon Seller Account Manager - Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Seller Account Manager to oversee and grow our clients’ eCommerce presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform, marketplace trends, and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts, including listing creation, maintenance, and updates. Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive sales and control costs. Monitor account health metrics and address any issues (e.g., policy violations, A-to-Z claims). Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for product differentiation or growth. Generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights to clients. Collaborate with the inventory and fulfillment team to ensure stock availability and minimize storage fees.
