Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and drive engagement across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns.
• Track analytics, monitor performance, and prepare reports.
• Build brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Handle comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media/digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret analytics and insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
• SEO and content marketing knowledge.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
