Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing Executive (3-5 Years)

• Create original, engaging content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Plan and execute social media strategies that align with business and campaign goals.
• Build and grow communities across platforms through thoughtful, timely interaction.
• Manage social campaigns with an eye on performance.
• Track results, measure success, and use data to inform future strategy.
• Stay updated with social trends, emerging formats, and changes in platform algorithms.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure messaging stays consistent and brand-aligned.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in social media marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Familiarity with advertising on social platforms, including hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools.
