Job Description – Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager Position: Social Media Executive Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing Location: Gurgaon Pioneer Urban Square  Employment Type: Full-time  Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive who will manage, update, and grow our brand’s presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate knows how to create engaging content, maintain posting schedules, track performance, and interact with audiences Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and publish content across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage daily posts, stories, reels, and updates Monitor trends and use them to create relevant content. Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community posts. Ensure brand consistency in visuals, captions, and tone. Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc. Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams for campaigns. Track performance (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Run basic social media ads (optional – add if required). Requirements: Good knowledge of major social media platforms. Ability to create simple content (reels, stories, captions). Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.). Strong communication and creativity Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
