Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and building a strong brand identity for CaratBee, a global leader in lab-grown diamond rings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Plan and schedule daily posts, reels, and stories across all social platforms. Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), optimizing for reach, clicks, and conversions. Collaborate with the creative team for product shoots, videos, and campaign ideas. Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community relations. Stay updated with the latest trends in jewelry, digital marketing, and social media tools. Requirements: Proven experience in managing brand social media accounts (preferably in e-commerce or jewelry). Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and other analytics tools. Strong sense of design, content aesthetics, and storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
