Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage digital presence, customer communication, and on-ground brand representation.
The role combines content creation, online marketing, online food delivery platformsmanagement, and occasional sales at pop-up events.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during field visits.
• Edit and design visuals.
• Write clear, engaging captions and post regularly across platforms.
• Maintain monthly content calendar and track engagement.

Customer & Platform Management

• Handle WhatsApp and Instagram queries and follow up for payments.
• Set up and manage listings on online food delivery platforms - menus, prices, images, reviews.
• Monitor and ensure timely updates across all digital touchpoints.

Marketing & Influencer Outreach

• Identify and connect with local influencers for collaborations.
• Execute small-scale online promotions and report performance.

Pop-up Events & Sales

• Attend and manage pop-up stalls, exhibitions, or community events.
• Handle product display, sampling, and direct customer interaction.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth setup, sales, and billing.
• Represent the brand professionally and collect customer feedback.

Required Skills:

• Strong photography & basic video editing skills (phone-based).
• Proficiency in design tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English & Hindi.
• Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, online food delivery platforms.
• Confident in-person communication and customer handling.
• Organized, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must have a phone that can capture quality visuals.
• Must have local travel arrangement (for NCR visits and events).

Performance Will Be Evaluated On:

• Quality and consistency of content.
• Responsiveness and professionalism in communication.
• Accuracy and upkeep of online listings.
• Initiative and ownership during pop-up events.

Salary Range:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level)

Work Mode:

Work from home with periodic NCR field visits and event participation (travel at own cost)
