Social Media Marketing Associate

As our first hire in marketing function, you'll build our social media marketing engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and growing Matall's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more.
• Designing and publishing engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, banners, ads, etc.).
• Running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms with a focus on maintaining ROAS benchmarks.
• Creating and publishing weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
• Planning and executing campaigns across demand and supply sides (users + suppliers).
• Working closely with founders to align messaging with business goals.
• Consuming feedback and campaign data to refine future strategies.

• are from Gurgaon only (this is work from office role)

Other requirements

We prefer to meet folks (females preferred) who have:

• Some hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Exposure to tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Basic design skills and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Strong content writing ability (short-form and visual).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Bonus: Experience in hyperlocal, e-commerce, or logistics-led businesses.
• Females preferred
• Some experience (either full time/freelance/projects) in digital marketing and design.
• Wants to work in -1 to 1 journey.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
