Role & responsibilities Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms. Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote organisation and brand. Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions. Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights. Staying up-to-date with innovations trends and updates of social media platforms and researching popular content ideas. Analyse competitor activity. Recommend improvements to increase performance. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement. Dealing with enquiries from the influencers, media and related organisations. Attending promotional events, press conferences, exhibitions, tours and visits. Analysing media coverage and reports. Coordinating and analysing the success of online/ offline campaigns. Preferred candidate profile A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a social media representative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Working knowledge of MS Office. Quick and enthusiastic learner.
