Social Media Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms.
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote organisation and brand.
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
• Staying up-to-date with innovations trends and updates of social media platforms and researching popular content ideas.
• Analyse competitor activity.
• Recommend improvements to increase performance.
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• Dealing with enquiries from the influencers, media and related organisations.
• Attending promotional events, press conferences, exhibitions, tours and visits.
• Analysing media coverage and reports.
• Coordinating and analysing the success of online/ offline campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a social media representative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Quick and enthusiastic learner.
