About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Influencer Marketing Executive to lead our online presence and community growth. You will be responsible for planning content, managing social channels, engaging with our audience, and driving brand visibility through influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management
* Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
* Create, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Coordinate with internal team / designers for creatives and copy.
* Monitor daily performance and engage with audience (reply to comments/DMs).
* Track platform analytics and optimize performance.
Content Ideation & Execution
* Research industry trends and competitor activity.
* Generate ideas for reels, static posts, stories, and campaigns.
* Maintain brand tone and consistency across all communication.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
* Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and creators.
* Reach out, negotiate collaborations, and maintain relationships.
* Coordinate campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and postings.
* Track influencer performance and prepare campaign reports.
Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
* Work on continuous improvement of reach, engagement, and conversions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
