Social Media Marketer - FRESHER

ey Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns.
• Monitor SEO and social media metrics to measure success and improve performance.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,750.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
