We're looking for someone who can bring that voice alive across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, maybe even Threads and Reddit. Someone who knows when to be funny, when to be soft, and how to turn late-night overthinking into community-building gold.

What you’ll be doing

• You’ll create content that feels like someone just gets you.
• You’ll manage all our platforms and help shape WTMF’s online presence.
• You’ll engage with our growing community and reply to DMs like you're texting a best friend.
• You’ll collaborate with design and product teams to plan posts, share updates, and run mini-campaigns.
• You’ll spot internet trends before they hit mainstream and know how to ride the wave with authenticity.
• You’ll turn feedback, memes, and emotions into posts people actually save, share, and feel.

You’ll love this role if

• You speak fluent Gen Z.
• You believe memes can be powerful.
• You care about mental health and digital softness.
• You can write captions that sound like a 2AM voice note.
• You’re always online (but in a cool, thoughtful way).

Extra love if you’ve

• Grown a community from scratch or helped a brand find its voice.
• Gotten comfy with tools like Notion, Figma, or scheduling apps like Buffer or Later.
• Made content that’s gone viral—or just deeply connected.
• Got ideas on how to turn WTMF into a cultural moment, not just a product.
