Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Luxe12 Salon in Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital presence of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Manage and grow social media pages for salons and other company brands. - Plan, create, and execute engaging content strategies. - Handle collaborations with influencers, models, and brand partners. - Oversee photoshoots & video shoots, ensuring high-quality content creation. - Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them into campaigns. - Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach & engagement. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management. - Strong passion for content creation, branding, and digital marketing. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to handle end-to-end content planning, shooting, and publishing. - Knowledge of current trends, reels, influencer marketing & social media ads.
