Position : Social Media Manager Location : Toni&Guy Essensuals, Thodupuzha (Also covering Muvattupuzha branch) Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) Experience : Minimum 1 year in social media/content creation About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our digital presence for Toni&Guy Essensuals Thodupuzha & Muvattupuzha . The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, trends, and storytelling through content. Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit daily content (reels, posts, stories) for both salon outlets. Create engaging content around client transformations, services, stylist highlights, and offers. Handle both salons' social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook) consistently and professionally. Maintain a weekly content calendar with well-thought-out plans and creative ideas. Be actively present in the salons to capture real-time content and assist in influencer/client shoots. Ensure quick editing and posting to maintain consistency and trend relevance. Suggest and implement growth strategies to improve engagement and visibility. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation. Strong skills in video shooting, photo capturing, and editing (Reels & Stories). Must own a good-quality smartphone (iPhone preferred) and basic shooting gadgets. Good understanding of Instagram trends, beauty content, and branding. Willingness to travel between Thodupuzha and Muvattupuzha as per content needs. Self-motivated, organized, and responsible with deadlines.
