Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
    • Identify target audiences and create strategies to engage them effectively.

Content Creation:

    • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Develop and execute a content calendar that includes posts, stories, and interactive content.

Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Community Engagement:

    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages.
    • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive community atmosphere.

Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and optimize content for better results.

Trend Analysis:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in social media marketing.

Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the design, content, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
    • Coordinate with influencers and partners to enhance social media outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and community engagement.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Content Creation:

    Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with experience in using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) being a plus.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from social media metrics.
  • Creativity:

    Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
  • Communication:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
