Social Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy aligned with the brands voice, values, and business goals Plan and manage the content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn,, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Content Creation & Management Create, write, and schedule compelling posts tailored for each platform Maintain a consistent visual and brand identity across channels Brand Building & Community Engagement Develop and grow a strong online community Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner Monitor trends and conversations to proactively insert the brand into relevant topics Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversions, etc.) Use insights to optimize strategy, content, and posting schedules Collaboration & Coordination Work with internal teams (marketing, product, design, etc.) to support launches and campaigns Coordinate with influencers, partners, or external collaborators when needed Trendspotting & Innovation Stay on top of platform changes, algorithm updates, and cultural trends Experiment with new formats, tools, and growth strategies
