• You live and breathe online culture- not just trends, but the tone, the energy, the timing
• You love beauty, design, and branding
• You know what makes something scroll-stopping vs just aesthetic
• You can create content that feels like it’s speaking to one person perfectly
• You’re ambitious, smart, and ready to build something from Day 1

What You’ll Do:

• Lead content across Instagram, Threads, YouTube (mainly Instagram)
• Shoot, edit, and post Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, Memes
• Grow the account with creative, addictive, save-worthy content
• Collaborate on campaigns, tone, copy, brand vibe
• Engage with our audience: DMs, comments, reposts
• Track insights and constantly improve

Bonus if you:

• Have experience growing your own or someone else’s page
• Can edit on CapCut, InShot, Canva etc.
• Are beauty-obsessed (and know brands like Refy, Topicals, Summer Fridays)
• Understand clean girl, coquette, post-glow-up energy
