? Collaborate with editors to create visually striking thumbnails and short-form content

from podcast episodes.

? Develop and manage a strategic content calendar to optimize reach and engagement

on Instagram and YouTube.

? Create engaging street interview content that aligns with our brand&aposs voice.

? Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.

? Stay updated with social media trends, particularly for Instagram Reels, YouTube

Shorts, and emerging content formats.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in social media management with a focus on Instagram and

YouTube.

? Strong understanding of podcast content marketing and audience engagement

strategies.

? Experience in coordinating with video editors and graphic designers.

? Excellent writing skills with a knack for creating captivating captions.

? Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines.

? Bonus Skills:
