Qualifications

1. Masters/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
2. Minimum

   3 years

   of experience in social media strategy, content development, or digital marketing
3. Deep understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube etc.) and their algorithms
4. Strong creative instincts with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and tone of voice
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Proficient in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
7. Proven track record of managing campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and brand affinity
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
9. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or during live campaign windows as needed
