About The Happiness Tour:

Our approach is flexible and results-oriented, supported by our "Happiness Champions" who offer expertise in content, community and marketing. With the backing of two Dutch provinces and various sponsors, we empower individuals experiencing high stress to slow down, savor life, connect, and rediscover joy. Our long-term vision is to establish our services as a doctor-prescribed, insurance-covered protocol.

What You&aposll Do:

Social Media Content & Engagement:

• Develop and publish engaging Instagram posts/reels weekly, utilizing event footage and repurposed content.
• Createdaily Instagram Stories to maintain dynamic engagement.
• Strategically cross-post content to Facebook and adapt for LinkedIn&aposs professional audience.
• Actively engage with our online community on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn through comments and direct messages.

LinkedIn Outreach:

• Execute targeted outreach messages to a curated list of companies (content provided by us).
• Event Promotion:
• Generate Eventbrite listings by repurposing existing event content.
• Tailor event details for LUMA and LinkedIn Events.
• (Future) Manage and grow our Meetup community.

Podcast Support:

• Perform post-production video editing for 1-2 podcast episodes monthly.
• Assist with recording setup to ensure high-quality audio and video.
• Produce 3-4 short, shareable clips per episode for social media distribution.

Skills & Tools We Value:

• Expertise in design tools like Canva - Posts
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut or Descript - Reels, Podcast, Youtube Shorts
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Deepseek) for content generation and optimization.
• Understanding of basic social media analytics.

• Bonus:

  Experience with Riverside for podcasting and Notion for project management.

• Nice-to-Have:

  Experience in newsletter or blog content creation.
