What You&aposll Do: Social Media Content & Engagement: Develop and publish engaging Instagram posts/reels weekly, utilizing event footage and repurposed content. Createdaily Instagram Stories to maintain dynamic engagement. Strategically cross-post content to Facebook and adapt for LinkedIn&aposs professional audience. Actively engage with our online community on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn through comments and direct messages. LinkedIn Outreach: Execute targeted outreach messages to a curated list of companies (content provided by us). Event Promotion: Generate Eventbrite listings by repurposing existing event content. Tailor event details for LUMA and LinkedIn Events. (Future) Manage and grow our Meetup community. Podcast Support: Perform post-production video editing for 1-2 podcast episodes monthly. Assist with recording setup to ensure high-quality audio and video. Produce 3-4 short, shareable clips per episode for social media distribution. Skills & Tools We Value: Expertise in design tools like Canva - Posts Experience with video editing software such as CapCut or Descript - Reels, Podcast, Youtube Shorts Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Deepseek) for content generation and optimization. Understanding of basic social media analytics. Bonus: Experience with Riverside for podcasting and Notion for project management. Nice-to-Have: Experience in newsletter or blog content creation.
