Role Description

This is a Part-Time/Freelance, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Hazaribagh. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies across various social media platforms, optimizing posts for greater engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining the brand’s online presence. Daily tasks may also include responding to audience interactions, coordinating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with other teams to align social media activities with the overall brand strategy.

Stipend:- Upto Rs. 12,000 (Fixed+Variable)

Qualifications

1.) Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role

video recording and video editing

YouTube Shorts, and Reels

3.) Ability to plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar

software

5.) Understanding of social media trends, reels formats, transitions, hooks, and storytelling

Knowledge of platform algorithms, posting schedules, hashtags, and content optimization.

6.) Ability to create content calendars and execute campaigns independently.

7.) Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) will be an added advantage.

8.) Good sense of branding, aesthetics, and visual consistency.

Ability to work on-site and visit store locations for content shoots.
