We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with proven experience in managing successful campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand goals, engaging with our audience, and driving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to produce high-quality and engaging content.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and social media metrics for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, content strategy, and paid advertising on social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media is a plus.
