Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead conversions.
Create and curate high-quality, platform-specific content including posts, videos, blogs, and stories for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Monitor and manage online reputation by promptly responding to customer reviews, queries, and messages across social media channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to maintain brand consistency and coordinate promotional campaigns.
Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific insights to optimize campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and digital marketing techniques.
Ability to perform voice-overs in
English and Hindi
for video and audio content is preferred.
