Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute tailored social media strategies 2. Create engaging content that reflects brand identity and helps build a story for all its talent. 3. Build a content calendar based on strategy, ideate for posts, oversee social media takeovers, write relevant and engaging captions, provide design direction and take full ownership of the social media handle. 4. Build and manage an online community of existing, new, upcoming and interested talent and engage with them through right content. 5. Plan and optimize social media ad campaigns, analyze performance and provide actionable insights. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms. 7. Communicate regularly with the creative team for execution. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent work experience. 2. Experience of 2-4 years in managing Instagram and LinkedIn pages for B2C brands. 3. Creative thinker, organized, and deadline-driven, with a self-starter attitude. 4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms. 5. Strong analytical and communication skills. 6. Proficiency in social media tools and analytics. 7. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus. 8. This is an Individual contributor role, and the candidate would be expected to take full responsibility
