Social Media Manager

As an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant, you will be supporting the Marketing Head in various day-to-day activities to enhance the brand's online presence and engagement with the target audience. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Marketing Head in executing marketing campaigns, tracking leads, and generating reports. - Managing social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube by creating posts, engaging with the audience, and boosting interactions. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop content related to services, client experiences, and promotions. - Creating and editing photos/videos for social media content, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage. - Assisting in managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads while monitoring their performance. - Maintaining a content calendar, proposing innovative ideas, and aligning with seasonal campaigns and special offers. - Supporting offline marketing initiatives including print designs, clinic branding, and organizing local events or influencer collaborations. - Keeping track of marketing data, client leads, and feedback forms for reporting and follow-up purposes. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing is preferred. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with strong personal discipline. - Proficiency in building, planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies. - Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating the website. - Launching optimized online advertisements using platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook to enhance company and brand visibility. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Skills and experience in creating digital marketing content.
