Social Media Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage

  social media campaigns

  across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop strategies to

  increase followers, engagement, and reach

  across all social media platforms.
• Create engaging and relevant content using

  AI tools

  such as ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, and others.
• Manage and optimize

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta Ads

  campaigns to drive brand visibility and leads.
• Identify trends, audience preferences, and best practices to enhance

  organic growth

• Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across digital platforms.
• Implement

  automation workflows

  for content scheduling, lead capture, and campaign management.
• Monitor campaign performance using

  Google Analytics

  and social insights, prepare regular reports.
• Research and adopt new

  AI-based marketing tools and strategies

  to stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce impactful digital creatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management (freshers welcome).
• Strong knowledge of

  social media growth strategies

  and engagement metrics.
• Hands-on experience with

  Google Ads, SEO, Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite

  .
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and optimize results.
• Keep interest in exploring and implementing

  AI-based marketing automation tools
