Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven social media manager to oversee our social media channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing daily content and engagement, analyzing performance, and growing our online presence in alignment with our brand and business goals.

Note: The candidate should be camera-friendly and have experience in creating engaging video content by themself and have some basic knowledge of graphic designing and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in handling social media accounts across multiple platforms and creating engaging video content (including reels, stories, and short-form videos).
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage daily posting, interactions, and community engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other teams to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and competitors to inform strategy and content ideas.
• Track and analyze key social media metrics and KPIs; generate monthly performance reports.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with paid media teams (if applicable).
• Handle influencer collaborations, giveaways, and cross-promotional partnerships.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all social media channels.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
