Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

Plan and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging captions and visuals (with the help of the design team, if needed)
Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to grow followers and engagement
Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and friendly manner
Track performance and prepare basic reports (likes, reach, growth, etc.)
Support the marketing team in campaigns and launches
Handle multiple social media projects and manage timelines effectively

What We’re Looking For:

2 +years of experience in managing social media platforms (freelance/internship work also counts)
Passion for social media and online trends
Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Good communication and writing skills
There should be no career gap.
Creative mindset and a sense of what works online
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects at once

Bonus Points If You:

Know basic design tools (like Canva)
Have experience with reels or short-form video content
Understand how hashtags and analytics work
Have basic knowledge of performance marketing (e.g., paid ads, boosting posts, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
