Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our brands. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content and paid campaigns across multiple social media platforms, with the goal of building community, driving engagement, and generating leads or traction for each brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for all brands.
• Plan and schedule posts, stories, and reels aligned with each brand's communication tone.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for visuals, captions, and hashtags.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Track analytics andprepare monthly performance reports. Likewise suggest improvements.
• Engage with audiences.Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Stay updated with platform trends and new marketing tools.
• Coordinate with teams for campaign shoots andcontent calendars.
• Assist with email marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads Manager.
• Ability to write catchy and contextually relevant captions.
• Familiarity with a few design tools.
• Analytical mindset to interpret ad and post-performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
• Prior internship or experience in managing social media pages.
