Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Social Media Manager. On a day-to-day basis, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, optimizing social media profiles, managing social media marketing campaigns, and generating engaging content. Responsibilities also include monitoring social media trends, analyzing metrics to measure success, and ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with an on-site team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT or Web industry is a plus
