Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end content and engagement for our brand. This role requires creativity, consistency, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing:

• Identify, reach out, and collaborate with relevant influencers for brand campaigns and promotions.

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Create, edit, and post engaging reels, carousels, and stories.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for reel creation.
• Use current trends to create viral and shareable content.

Graphic Design & Video Editing:

• Design posts, story templates, and promotional material.
• Edit reels and videos for Instagram and other platforms.
• Tools knowledge preferred: Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, or Adobe Suite.

Social Media Page Management & Growth:

• Regular posting and scheduling across social media platforms.
• Increase visibility, engagement, and followers organically.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest growth strategies.

Daily Engagement:

• Reply to DMs, comments, and story mentions.
• Initiate conversations to build community and relationships.
• Maintain the brand voice across all interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm and viral content formats.
• Experience in social media management, especially in influencer-driven brands.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense.
• Comfortable with camera-facing roles and recording reels.
• Ability to handle tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
