The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate GOIRRA’s world into digital storytelling. Someone who understands both algorithms and aesthetics, who can blend visual direction, tone, and consistency across every platform.

You’ll work directly with the founder and creative team to build GOIRRA’s online presence from the ground up — managing everything from daily posts to campaign narratives.

Responsibilities

• Manage content across Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and schedule visually striking posts and reels.
• Coordinate with designers, stylists, and photographers during shoots.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize for engagement and reach.
• Manage community interactions — comments, DMs, collaborations.
• Keep GOIRRA’s tone consistent, bold, and philosophically aligned.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of fashion, youth culture, and digital media.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics and storytelling.
• Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.
• Prior experience with fashion/lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership.
• Fresh graduates with creative portfolios are encouraged to apply.
