Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just posting — it’s storytelling, positioning, and consistency. This role requires someone who can translate a brand’s voice into scroll-stopping content while keeping strategy, timelines, and aesthetics tightly aligned.

You will manage multiple brand accounts across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and luxury spaces, working closely with designers, video editors, and strategists to build a strong, cohesive digital presence.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 1–3 years of professional social media management experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and platform behaviour
• Experience planning and executing content calendars
• Clear, on-brand copywriting skills
• Ability to coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines
• Basic understanding of social media insights and performance metrics
• Organised, dependable, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
• Strong visual sensibility and eye for aesthetics
• Familiarity with Meta tools and boosting posts
• Experience managing influencer or collaboration-led content
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar content tools
